Customer Service Representative
Position Description
The Customer Service Representative in responsible for assisting clients to be successful. Specifically the customer service rep. does the following:
- Assists customers and potential customers by answering product and service questions.
- Maintains records of customer interactions to support followup activities.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issues; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Identifies patterns of issues and updates knowledge in the knowledge base to improve self-service resolution by customers.
- Identifies and escalates issues that require further investigation and resolution by other departments.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Previous experience with ZenDesk preferred.
